Mission and Objective

First thing God has planned is for us to offer life classes. These classes will teach bible life application for true Christian living. The Well's mission will be to create a village that raises a child mentality, but God also said that it takes a village to live this life. He wants us to live as a community working together to create prosperity for the collective. He wants us to pool our resources and design services where we resolve our own immediate needs and become people who are self-sufficient even though we're in the low-income population.

God wants whoever makes it through a storm to seek out people who are hurting and share their testimony, mentor them through their storm, while showing them how to keep the faith, maintaining a daily prayer life, showing them how to live in peace and to leave them with hope that things will get better. God wants us to explore becoming Entrepreneurs and Franchise Business owners. He wants us to become farmers and own grocery store chains. He us to be more in control of providing affordable healthier food choices. The Well will provide stepping stones to self-sufficiency through social enterprise and community living.

God wants us to work together to provide solutions to end unemployment and to share what we have so that poverty no longer exists. We need to be empowered to not only create our own jobs, but to also train up the next generation to become effective providers for their churches, households and communities. At the same time, we will strongly urge building on one's skills, talents and gifts through education. Education gains knowledge and knowledge is power. The Well will also develop fellowship programs that will ensure we actively connect and stay in touch with those who have come for help, then set the example and create a system of those receiving help, then providing help to others.

By actively working to build relationships and creating programs for community enhancement, participants will learn the importance of partnership, being spirituality connected to God and to one another and have fulfilling lives that builds communication, enterprise, accountability, hard work, problem solving and goal setting. "Working together to become empowered to lead successful and self-sufficient lives. God is one and is for all who seek Him. We likewise must be one that lives for all if we are going to experience a brighter future for ourselves".

I Am The Difference

Our purpose is to be Christlike, visionaries, servants, peacemakers and workmen.   Without a vision, a plan to succeed and workers to carry out the vision, we will perish.

‪#‎DoYouHaveAPlan‬  Are you ready for what happens next?  Do you know what should happen next?

Let's create the change that you're calling for and demanding.  It all starts with you. God has given me a plan that will reignite, revitalize, reconnect and rebuild our community. We are going to have to come to together, pool our resources and all do our part if we truly want to see things turnaround for us.

We are suffering because of sin and because we lack the desire to do what's right.
We are suffering because we deny, don't know or aren't fulfilling our true purpose.
We were designed to be workmen and without a vision, a plan and workers we will Perish.

Join us on Saturday January 16, 2016 from 11AM - 5PM for a workshop on developing your spiritual gifts & talents, sign our Reservation form so we have a head count to get the proper location.

Community Meeting

Creating a group that uses the Bible as a blue print to build strong Communities that creates a cycle of organizing opportunities to prosper and receive blessings that create giving opportunities.
Highlighted Scriptures:

  • And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Hebrews 10:24-25  ESV
  • And be devoted to the word and the fellowship, to the break bread and pray. Acts 2:42-47 ESV
  • Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.  Galatians 6:2 ESV
  • Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow.   Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 ESV
  • And we urge you, brothers, admonish the idle, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all. 1 Thessalonians 5:14 ESV
  • For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”  Matthew 18:20 ESV
  • That there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together. Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.  1 Corinthians 12:25-27 ESV
  • “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.  John 15:12-13 ESV
  • Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.  Romans 15:7 ESV
  • “I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit. Already you are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. ... John 15:1-12 ESV

  • And all who believed were together and had all things in common. And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.  Acts 2:44-47 ESV
  • Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins. Show hospitality to one another without grumbling. As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.  1 Peter 4:8-11 ESV
  • But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Once you were not a people, but now you are God's people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.  1 Peter 2:9-10 ESV
  • Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.    James 5:16 ESV
  • But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.    1 John 1:7 ESV
  • Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.   Ephesians 4:15-16 ESV

  • With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call— one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.    Ephesians 4:2-6 ESV
  •  Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.   Ephesians 4:29 ESV
  • Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.  Proverbs 27:17 ESV
  • Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.  Proverbs 15:22 ESV
  • For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you— that is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith, both yours and mine.   Romans 1:11-12 ESV
